Fat Fighter by hindu squats

Here’s a very basic program to try out that includes hindu squats.

I’m noticing from the survey results that more and more people are looking for bodyweight programs.  This isn’t much and just consists of a total of 200 reps.  I haven’t included chinups.

At the end of this program rest for 5 mins and, If you are able, do a good steady 40minute walk to really stimulate the fat burning effect.

Supported by a good diet this workout will burn plenty of bodyfat.

The Hindu Squats Fat Fighter 200

  • 25x burpees
  • 20x pushups (from floor)
  • 30x situps
  • 25x hindu squats
  • 30x russian twists
  • 20x hindu pushups
  • 25x leg lunges
  • 25x burpees

Hindu Squats survey

Hey everyone,

I need your help!

I’ve been sitting on the domain hindusquats.net for so long now and I haven’t really done a thing with it, apart from giving away a free report last year.

I’m really interested to know what info you are looking for in regards to hindu squats.  Do you want training programs?  Free stuff?  Or are you looking for articles?

If you take the time to do the survey I would really appreciate it.

Don’t Worry

This is not a marketing exercise. The survey is anonymous and I don’t collect email addresses.  I really just want to know what you think or what you are looking for.

Thanks for your help….

Ladder Workouts for Hindu Squats

I’ve been thining about using the concept of ladder workouts for bodyweight training and applying it to hindu squats.

I have to admit I haven’t tried this yet, so it may not work.  Usually with ladder workouts they increase the sets by 1 or 2 reps each time, but I was thinking of groups of 5.

My idea is:

5x hindu squats,5x hindu pushups

10x hindu squats, 10x hindu pushups

15x hindu squats, 15x hindu pushups

and so on until you reach failure.

This would provide a massive whole-body workout.  If it’s too much starting out I would suggest a rest after every 3 sets for about 1 minute or so and then continue on.

Very much an endurance workout and I would be interested in hearing how people adapt this idea to themselves and their own hindu squat workouts.

300 - The Workout

Hello fellow hindu squats fans….

You guys (and girls) have no doubt heard or even seen the movie 300?

The video below is the type of conditioning the actors did as preparation for the movie.  These workouts spurned the concept of the 300 workout.

The basic idea is to do a series of exercises with total reps coming to 300.  There are no hard and fast rules about what you should do, but the preference is to keep the reps high to create a strength/endurance workout.  Much like hindu squats.

It was the Gym Jones group that trained the actors and they have a great attitude to exercise and fitness.  They are all about real-world, functional fitness.  Just the message that I want to convey.

Here’s the deal of what they did:

“300”
25x Pull-up +
50x Deadlift @ 135# +
50x Push-up +
50x Box Jump @ 24” box +
50x Floor Wiper @ 135# (one-count) +
50x KB Clean and Press @ 36# (KB must touch floor between reps) +
25x Pull-up
300 reps total

Think about this concept.  Can you bring this into your own program?

Have you reached 300 hindu squats yet?  There are so many possibilities…
