Hormones & Training

I read a really interesting newsletter article on the connection between hormones and hindu squats training. It is a very exciting topic that I am super passionate about as optimizing hormones is critical to well being and reaching your strength and conditioning goals. To think otherwise is only to delude yourself. Low testosterone levels will prevent you from feeling strong, powerful and confident, while low Growth Hormone levels will hamper recovery from workouts and weaken your immune system.

For those of us who are basheful of our bodies, bodyweight exercises can be done anywhere at any time. The Hindu squats are what I find most helpful because they help me maintain a youthful vitality because they work on the lower muscle areas of my body. Hindu-squats are extremely helpful for the back and the exercises will not injure or weaken the knees if done properly.
