Changing my body with hindu squats

It’s time I made some changes in my life and body shape is gonna be one of them. I’m going to exercise at home using hindu squats and other body weight movements. I’m not too attracted to the gym with all those buffed types getting around. It’s a fake environment and I don’t believe they’re all natural (if you know what I mean) ;)

I reckon exercising at home I can get lean and toned without bulking up. I don’t want to look like a weightlifter. I’ve done some reasearch (read googling) and found hindu squats and hindu pushups to be the best way to go. If I do them like a circuit, maybe ten hindu squats, ten pushups and then rest. After resting, repeat. Dunno how many time yet.

Gotta try first and then work out my limit and devise a plan. I’ll start maybe 2 days a week and then build up slowly. I know the hindu squats will kill me!! If you haven’t seen them, they are performed in a type of rhythm pattern. At a high level you build up to at least 100, they reckon experts do about 500 !!!!!

The hardest part of exercising is starting (so they say). I’m determined to do this as I want to make changes in my life. No point dying while I’m young!!! There’s too much to do !!!!

I’m a little scared of hindu squats, but they say after about 3 weeks I should be used to them and then I can start pushing things a bit further…..
